About the event
Children’s group
Children aged 7-12 will participate in activities designed to build confidence, improve emotional regulation, increase emotional literacy, foster self-expression, and support their readiness for the return to school.

Caregiver’s group
Caregivers will connect with each other to explore strategies to support co-regulation, transitions, self-compassion, resilience and emotional support to return to school
